Hi there Rob, thanks!

Yes I know that Topher is living with ya now, Brian told me that he moved out there and started to do Instructor work for snow boarding I believe. I forgot to mention it in my post but it's great that you 3 are together. Good luck with you guys!

I also remember your computer problem from what you told me on Myspace...man that thing always messed up when we talked to each other :P

Tell the two of them (and if yall got pets there) hi for me!

Also good luck on Topher's bulk. I responded in your contest thread already. What are you doing now? Bulking, or just maintenance?

Have a good one bro! BTW, any pics of your new merchandise?

Thanks Kalani,

Cool that you've been updated on what we're doing :)

Yeah, I'll get some new stuff up there soon. The BIG thing we've been working on is my movie coming out: Vegan Fitness - Built Naturally.

I was in Eugene working on it with the editor tonight. They've got us featured in the current issue of VegNews Magazine. It's just a small feature.

Bulking time, you got it! I've taken a whole week off to let my body rest after competing and simply because I worked 64 hours last week, a couple of graveyard shifts, some 12-hour shifts and have been doing lots of other stuff in addition to my full-time job. But I'll return to training soon.

I hope to pack on the pounds. And once my movie is out and I start selling copies, I'll be able to eat more too.

Glad to have you back my friend :D

-Rob

Thanks again man, it means a lot to see that some people care about me :)

Can't wait to see the video, do you know how long it is?

Also, good goin on the magazine!

I am lucky that I don't work right now since I can focus on my training. I really sympathize with you, that's just too much work! But we need to pay the bills so that comes first. Good luck on your bulk and your movie!

Awww shucks  your too kind.

By the way, I think the title of the tallest vegan in the history of vegans must go to Jonathan . According to Michael Hobson, Everest is only a few feet taller than his head
