Hello from the great white north.

Hi everyone! My name is Sam. I lve in Victoria B.C. which is north of Seattle. I am 36 years old and have been vegan for almost 5 years. My partner has been vegan for 16 years! We are fortunate to live in a city that is relatively vegetarian/vegan friendly. I have worked out in the past, but now that I have found this site have become much more inspired.
I look forward to getting to exchange idea and nutrition information here.

Welcome Sam!

My father is from Victoria, B.C. :P Growing up I traveled up to Victoria once or twice every year and loved it! Unfortunately I haven't been there in about 5 years :(

Thanks for joining our awesome group of vegans here. I hope you have a great time getting to know the members on the board.

Welcome!

Robert

Welcome Sam!

You'll find lots of inspiration on this board.

Out of my mind...Back in five minutes.

No human can call themselves liberal or radical or even a conservative advocate of fair play, if they contribute in any way to the pain and suffering of other beings.
