displaced texan in cincinnati

#1 Postby yogachick07 » Mon Jan 16, 2006 7:17 pm

Hi everyone! My name's Courtney and I'm new to the forum. I recently moved to Cincinnati from Dallas and am still feeling a bit out of my element - agghh! I have no worries though, I adapt easily to new places and LOVE meeting new people, so it's all good. It's been a challenge figuring out where to find the best fresh organics, as well as vegan products, and am still in search of a great yoga studio, but I'm figuring it out as I go. I previously taught yoga in Dallas and I'm really excited about finding my niche up here! So wish me luck - here goes nothing! :D

Hey Courtney,

Thanks for joining :) Nice to see you on here. This is a great place to meet other vegans. Maybe some of them are in your area too.

Have a great time on the forum and I'll catch up with you later,

-Rob

Welcome!
Yoga seems to be quite popular among the forum-members. Do you do classic or power yoga?

Courtney! I don't know how I missed your post, but welcome!

My husband has been doing yoga everyday for over 30 years. He is the most flexible person I know of any age!
