pretty new to this

im about 6'3/6'4

around 178 lbs, im trying to get up atleast to 200lbs

this is my weekly routine

 

Monday- Back Bis Shoulders Calves Abs

Tuesday- Quads Hams Upperchest Innerchest Tris Calves Abs

Wednsday- Bike/cardio Bis Traps Abs Forearms

Thursday- Upperchest Innerchest Back Tris Calves Abs

Friday- Quads Hams Traps Bis Abs

Saterday- Chest Tris Shoulders Calves Abs Forearms

Sunday- OFF
