Welcome Erick! :D

You'll find that we love to talk about workouts & healthy food! Check out the recipes section for some lip smackin' ideas.

A couple of my fave snacks: celery sticks filled with hummus & Guiltless Gormet corn chips with bean dip.

Erick! So many people don't hear me when I say my name is Aaron and they think I said Erick. It's like you are my name-brother (closely related but not a twin :D)
