hello to all
my name is Erick have been a vegan for 5 months and i feel great hoping to get to know vegans that could share some tips in food, and excersise. hopefully someone could help, i still find it difficult in finding food that is vegan friendly and has always been available to me, especialy in snacks. but trying to loos 15lbs so some nice yet healthy ones would be great. I don't kbow what else to say so i'll stop here. thanks

A couple of my fave snacks: celery sticks filled with hummus & Guiltless Gormet corn chips with bean dip.
