Welcome to the Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness Team Forum!

Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness has been around since 2002, located on
www.veganbodybuilder.com and www.veganbodybuilding.com.

We have had different message boards in the past and we are finally
launching our newest interactive forum. This forum will allow you to
interact with others who are online at the same time and post messages
to be read at a later date by all visitors to this site. The forum will also allow you to post your own photos, as many as you want, anytime you want, and list active links to articles on other sites.

A large number of successful vegan athletes will be using this forum on
a regular basis so stop by frequently to see what's new.

The Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness Forum can be used to ask questions,
post articles, post responses to questions, list your training and nutrition logs, share stories, promote your own products and companies, express concerns, and general discussions for anything related to nutrition, health, fitness, bodybuilding, and the vegan lifestyle.

Thank you for supporting Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness over the years
and for your continued support as we launch our exciting new interactive forum.

The best way to make the forum successful is to use it. Please come
by frequently and tell your friends and family about it. We are proud
to be one of the the best and most comprehensive Vegan Sports websites
specializing in bodybuilding and fitness, and with your help, we will continue to reach new people everyday.

Many thanks to all of you, and we hope to see you on the Forum soon!

congrats, this forum looks great. I am stoked for a forum where vegans bodybuilders can share tips and advice on how to stay fit. We all know that being vegan is a choice that can impaire your ability to gain muscle. I contribute that to the fact that most people are uneducated, including me, in the world of vegan fitness. To me this is just one more step in the direction toward a better future for body building. The more we can share our succeses, the better we will all perform. The better we perform, the more positive attention we will all get.

Thanks for all the hard work!

:D :D :D :D :D :D

Thanks for stopping in. This forum is brand new, so it might have a few kinks in it, but we'll discover them as we go along.

You can create an account name on here and write messages anytime.

Have a great day, I'm heading off to a 12-hour work day in a few minutes. Hopefully I'll have a nice sleep when I come back. This is a very busy week, but I guess it will go by quickly and I'll be up in Seattle for the Emerald Cup in 4 days!

Take care,

-Robert

Hey Crenna,

Here is a link to the products page:

http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/products.html

We will be adding more items soon as well as descriptions of what the items are.

Khan and I have been working on lots of these website projects lately.

Thomas Gulledge does have an awesome physique. I just heard from his sister that he will be trying out with the Minnesota Twins baseball team soon. I haven't been in touch with him for a while, but he's a cool guy.

Thanks for posting, I look forward to seeing your individual introduction page.

Take care,

Robert
