thanks, it used to be one of my weaker parts, but I've really been pouring some time into it. I could still use a great more width on my lats though.

You need to get a Vegan Bodybuilding and Fitness shirt. A Vegan lable on a physique like yours (from what I can tell from your avatar) is sure to send a good message.
