Hi

#1 Postby Koolvedge » Sat Mar 11, 2006 3:47 pm

Hello everyone, I just joined the site and I'm considering the option of vegan bodybuilding. I've been a vegan for around 8 years now and I love it. My workout schedule is on and off but I do enjoy spontaneous excersize. Weights and calesthenics are my favorites whenever I put my mind to it. Gald to see that there's a community out there that likes the healthy vegan lifestyle.

Peace!

Out of my mind...Back in five minutes.

No human can call themselves liberal or radical or even a conservative advocate of fair play, if they contribute in any way to the pain and suffering of other beings.
