Hi. I have been a vegan for about 9 years. I tried it in an attempt to get rid of asthma. It worked! The more I learn about the moral and ethical reasons, the more motivated I am to never eat meat or dairy again. I am an avid runner, and cyclist, and recently became a personal trainer. I get sick of the question "where do you get your protein?!" Only because most don't really want to listen...just tell me I'm wrong. I am going to sign up for a figure competition in order to get super lean. One motivation for that is so when people say "that's not enough protein" I can say... :zunge: where am I lacking it?! So glad I found this site.
