Hi, my name is Tomek and I'm from Poland.
(By the way - I wold like to sorry for my language mistakes - it's hadr to me to speak in English.)
I've been interested in bodybuilding for about one year (a little bit more).
But here I am to get some informations about vegan/vegetarian diets in bodybuilding.
I have been vegetarian for about 8 years but I discarded it - because my diet was not well-thought-out. Simply I changed eating meat on eating cheese and jam. It has no chance to make success...
Now I would like to to stop eat meat (because of chemics that are inside it).
But firstly I need to get to know - how to do it realy well - to have perfect diet to keep on bodybuilding way.
I'm kind of man who don't like small steps whenever it possible to bypass it.
I will be much more easy to me - to get to know every rules and to apply it at once.
If I'm sure that something is good and clear - I have no problem to do it.
I hope - here it is one of the best places to get that kind of informations, help and advices
