I have browsed around this site for a while and I find it quite informative. I have been a vegetarian my whole life and I try to avoid all dairy products but I don't consider myself a vegan. My goal is to lose body fat while building muscle. I also want to do it cruelty-free so this site looks like it will be a lot of help. I would appreciate any advice you guys may have for me.
