I'm Nikii and I'm 21 years old, slim and weigh 130 lbs.
I'm fairly new to body building in general, and I have slowly become interested in it throughout the year. I have only been (soy free and mostly gluten free)vegan for 9 months now, and switched to a plant based diet primarily due to medical reasons, and have never felt better, had so much energy or enjoyed food so much like I do now! During this time I have also undergone a lot of physical therapy, so some things are more difficult for me to do than others. When I'm not in PT anymore I would love to keep in shape and keep learning new exercises.
I am new to this whole concept, so that is why I joined this site.
