Well, I started running 3 years ago to lose weight, which i did, 75 pounds. Due to some injuries I am unable to run right now. I feel so lost, since running was my primary form of exercise. I did weight training to supplement the running. Well now, I'm confined to the gym, looking at all those machines, free weights, equipment ... not really sure where to start? So, was glad to find this site. Hoping for some insight, guidance, and direction.
I've been vegan for over a year now. I'm use to a high carb diet, because of the running. Now, for weight training, high protein, low carb seems to be the recommendations. argh ... anyway ...
With the loss of running (for now) and the change of my diet ... wow, i'm really confused!
