Hi

Im Alison, newbie here!

Im from the Midlands in the UK, I was veggie for 26 years and have been vegan since July last year :D

Im just in the process of returning to the gym (stopped going last year)

A few of you might know me from other vegan forums?

Looking foward to exploring the site.......
