Hello all, my name is Carl and I first took on veganism 7 years ago but for the last two years i lost my stride. I have recently cleansed and pushing towards the raw diet but now i am on the basic vegan diet with a high percentage of raw foods during the day. I joined this sight becuz of all the inspiration and like minded individuals going for their goals are just living life in general. I feel 20 times better that i have my eating in check and now 7 years later i am even more mature with what i put in my body like sugars and caffeine. I put on about 40 pounds in the last two years but the wrong pounds lol. My energy is up and i am focused lets get it!!!

You sound pumped, that's awesome. How have the forum and all its members been treating you since you joined last fall? Did you go back to strict raw, staying standard vegan, or switch it up to something new?
