Hey there, everyone. My name's Chris and I've been a vegetarian for over a year now. I originally became a vegetarian after watching "Earthlings". One of my friends who is a vegan introduced it to me. These days I'm trying to cut out as much animal product as possible. I found Robert's book and joined this site to talk to others about building a better body on a vegan diet. Hope to hear from you all and have good conversations in the future :)
