Hello :)

#1 Postby Scottish Vegan » Sat Oct 01, 2011 5:57 pm

Hmm a little bit about myself....well i am a 21 year old male from Scotland. I recently decided to become a vegan after thinking about it for so long in the past. It has been going really well and i have no regrets or temptation considering one of my favorite foods is broccoli (i know not very exciting lol). I was always brought up with a good healthy lifestyle and was very active in rugby, running and swimming. I started getting into bodybuilding around the age of 15 but started taking it more serious around age 19. That's all i can think of to say right now and i look forward to chatting with you all :). Cheers.

My short term goal is to be 210 at 12% BF (I'm 6ft). But overall i would like to get as big as possible in the long term.

Do you have it plain and raw or do you cheat? If the former, it's hard to imagine it being a favorite food.

Just in the sense that it makes it taste better but is less good for you

Ah well i prefer it steamed. Although i do enjoy the healthy lifestyle, it was not the main reason i chose to become Vegan.

Oh it wasn't my primary or even secondary reason! Anyway, eating steamed broccoli is still very good for you.
