My name is Dave im 23, 5'9, 230lb. Im love the gym and most sports, have played and trained in many different sports for a personal challenge.

However, have all felt there is more than the physical side of things. so i started my quest to spiritually awaken myself, gain a greater understand of my life and purpose. so my quest has lead me to becoming a raw vegan!!

so here i am to gain/share knowledge on training and to learn lots more......

cheers guys and girls,

Best book I've read on Raw has been Dr. Doug Graham's 80/10/10 diet. You can order it at: www.foodnsport.com (for some reason Amazon jacks the price up to $100 for no reason, don't order it there).
