mainser Posted November 3, 2011 Share Posted November 3, 2011 Hi, my names Mike im from Toronto, Ontario and I attend school in London, Ontario. i've been vegan for about a year and was strict vegetarian for about 2 years before that with occassional indulgences in dairy products. I have been working out for about 6 months, i was very skinny before at about 140 pounds 10 percent body fat and now am about 160 and am about 7.5 percent body fat, still skinny but with significantly more muscle. I've been viewing the message board and website for a long time getting help with diet and training and decided to finally make an account. This websites been a great help and has alot of fit vegans on it so i'm stoked to be a part of it and get positive help and advice with my training. My goal right now is to put on about 10 pounds of muscle without putting on too much fat then shredding down after that. I will post a training log and progress pictures soon.
