I have been looking at everyone else's post and decided to join the fray.
I do mostly running and doing a fun run on Thursday for 5km, (will post the time)

Personal Best @ body weight = 92 kg.

Squat - 180 kg - 7 reps.
Bench - 100 kg - 6 reps.
Dead lift - 110 kg - 6 reps.

Cut down my bulk. Now adding lean muscle, not bulking heavily...
