Hello from Denmark!

Howdy from the land of bacon :wink:

I'm a vegan gal, trying to become healthy and fit. I work out 2-3 times a week, lifting weights. Recently discovered my protein intake is about 35 grams a day, so I am here to learn about protein intake on a vegan diet :popcorn:

Its really amazing how many people from different countries have all found their way onto this website started by a dude from Corvallis, Oregon. Justine, I hope you start a fitness journal. Its cool to see what others are doing in different parts of the world!
