I'm Marilyn. I read a an article about Robert and then we connected on Twitter.

I'm 41. I'm looking to learn more about eating vegan and whole.

Also I'm trying to improve my exercise knowledge and skills.

I'll mainly lurk and learn.

Already training using mostly body weight exercise, eating mainly 80% raw but

Hi, Natasha. I'm in Danville so we're not too far apart. Let's at least look to connect here since we have some similar goals. I want to get really ripped too! I am a spin instructor with certs in TRX and group fitness. I love body weight exercises!

Hi Marilyn!

Great to have you here.

Thank you so much for your support. This is a really fun group so I hope you enjoy it.

It will get crazy busy and active during the January New You for the New Year Challenge!

As is, I can barely keep up with welcoming everyone.

All the very best!

See you around.

-Robert
