Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

Hey everyone! Day three as vegan! And loving it!

My name is Austin and I'm about 25 and I live in myrtle beach sc!

I've been into bodybuilding and working out since highschool, i was going to make it my 2012 new years resolution to change my eating lifestyle. Was tired of my old bulking ways! Always felt tired sluggish and bloated! Instead of waiting the 4 days till 2012 i went ahead and started my vegan lifestyle on 12-29-2011. My goal as a new vegan bodybuilder is to show the mainstream gym-goers that vegans can be big and maintain size off of a plant and nut base diet!

As of now my stats are 6" 224lbs around 12% body fat
Waist 32"
Arms 17.25
Bench 335
Sqaut 405x 3 reps
Dead lift 405 x 4 reps
