newbie

been veg for year's and vegan on and off for prob 5. when i go full vegan i unfortunately lose to much size and mass!! tempted to try again

Great to have you here! A bunch of us have been able to add lots of mass while being fully vegan. Check out various training journals here, articles on the main site and connect with some of the people who have added lots of mass, muscle and strength.
