Hi all. I am new to this site. I am training for a figure show in March it will be my first! I am turning 50 in July and wanted to challenge myself. I have been vegan for six months or so thanks to my dauhhter. I admit I still struggle sometimes with cheese but getting less and less. Now with doing this show I will not be eating it at all. I am looking for competition diet help. I have a great trainer but his diet is not for vegans. I will welcome any suggestions. Thank you

Great to have you here! All the best in your upcoming competition! We have a bunch of figure competitors here so explore around in the training journals section, and bodybuilding and fitness sections to see their posts and journals.

All the very best and Happy New Year!
