kryan1 Posted January 1, 2012 Share Posted January 1, 2012 Hi all. I am new to this site. I am training for a figure show in March it will be my first! I am turning 50 in July and wanted to challenge myself. I have been vegan for six months or so thanks to my dauhhter. I admit I still struggle sometimes with cheese but getting less and less. Now with doing this show I will not be eating it at all. I am looking for competition diet help. I have a great trainer but his diet is not for vegans. I will welcome any suggestions.
