Hi all new vegan from Australia any info would help

Hi everyone I am going to start on Sunday just doing all the research first on how much I should eat and what my diet should look like I am 6.2 tall and 114kg with about 20%body fat I my workout level is high so any info or example diets would be awesome thanks talk soon

Thanks for joining us. Explore about the bodybuilding and fitness sections and training journals area to see a whole bunch of info and get some good ideas.

You can start a training journal too and that is a great way to get a lot of feedback. I do the same.
