I found out about this via Eat Vegan on $4 Day's facebook page...I've been vegetarian 20+ years but since participating in a vegan challenge in August 2011, I've been vegan. I want to learn all that I can learn about being vegan, and this is just another helpful resource for me! I also have plans to participate in several athletic events in our area (a 10K and a sprint triathlon), and I'm certain this site will be helpful for me :)

Hi! Welcome to the forum! I'm new as well. :) It's a great resource for information.

Congratulations on making the successful transition from vegetarian to vegan. It's the best decision ever! :) Ellen Jones' $4 Per Day book is pretty cool, eh?
