a new face from Italy here.
I'm 23 and vegan from something like 1 year.
In my life I took part in many different sports, but mainly football (or soccer, as americans use to call it) and rugby.
I was a big guy, now just a bit fatty but after my vegan choice and quitting with alcohol I loss many pounds. Really a lot.
Bout my recent sporting life I got to mention that I'm part of a collective called Laboratorio A
, who just opened a pop gym in the working class neighborhood of the city (that's also my disctrict too) with the aim of making the whole zone more active and not leaving the guys on the streets with nothing to do than causing trouble.
As the gym opened we started a kickboxing course and I joined it, having a growing interest in this sport.
It's been few days ago that a boxing course started too, so I'm actually into both (but honestly my main interest remains in kb).
So, here I am then, looking for general advices and to a healty comparision with healty peeps (:
