New Here (Hi)

#1 Postby PaulIndeed » Sat May 06, 2006 10:52 pm

Hi! I'm new here. My name is Paul. I just wanted to post a little introduction that says "hi"

I've been vegan for about a year. Like a few other people here I've noticed, punk and hardcore got me into veganism, specifically bands like Earth Crisis and Youth of Today. Lately, I've been listening to my body more and have been wanting to live healthier. Bodybuilding has been something I've always toyed around with in the past, usually without much results. However, now I have much more motivation. I'll be able to prove wrong all those people who say that it is impossible to be healthy on a vegan diet and that all vegans are out of shape.

Out of my mind...Back in five minutes.

No human can call themselves liberal or radical or even a conservative advocate of fair play, if they contribute in any way to the pain and suffering of other beings.
