Welcome, Nati!

Great to have you here! Thanks for joining and group. We have a lot of great info here to help you transition to full vegan.

We hope you stick around a while. Feel free to start a training journal in the training journals section. That is one of the best ways to connect with others and get some great feedback.

All the best and welcome aboard!

-Robert

Roller derby, dope. I used to live in Portland, Oregon and I just saw that there was a documentary done on the Rose City Rollers. I haven't watched it yet but I plan to soon. I met some of them once when I threw a comedy competition and had them as guest judges.

Hi Nati! Welcome to the forum! How are things going for you? Are you finding the transition to a vegan diet pretty simple or difficult? I just started the Couch-to-5K program myself.... Is that the same one you're doing? I've only just completed week 1 of 9, but it is really challenging me. I'm really enjoying it, and have already signed up for a 5K run. Since joining the VBB forum here, this is the most active I've ever been (sadly)! :D

Are you keeping a journal here? Let me know if I can be of any help!

All the best,
Karen
