Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

Hi everyone!
I have been some sort of vegetarian almost all of my life. Not for much of a reason other than I just didn't like it. For the past few years I have gotten increasingly conscious about my health and that of my family. I have also been active all of my life but just recently started lifting weights on a regular basis. What a perfect time to come across your website!!

Boom. Ha. Isn't it funny how life works out like that sometimes. I think a huge chunk of people haven't recently become more health conscious over the last few years. This site seems to have a ton of those people that are leading the charge for change in themselves and in others. 80-20 does that mean you are vegan about 80% of the time? That's pretty solid, you definitely sound health conscious. This is a good place to meet and swap ideas from like minded people.
