I joined a few days ago and forgot to say hello (how rude). im a 37yrs male. been working out for a couple of years now. im looking at building strength, muscle and mass. I am currently doing a push, pull leg routine split. I've started a journal to keep track and keep me motivated. Hello

How has it been going so far? Have you been steady hitting your 3200 calories and your 190g of protein? What are you eating to get these numbers? I'm always interested in what everyone else is eating. I like to keep changing it up, I get bored easily and also think its healthier to eat a large variety of foods.
