Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

Hey guys,

Sorry for taking so long to make my first post.
I am 23 years old, male and from Australia.
I originally started out vegan before I switched to becoming vegetarian when I went to South America in late 2009, which I then became vegan again when I returned to Australia (early 2010), before switching back to vegetarian a couple of months later - which I still am today.
I decided to join this website to learn more about a non-animal diet based around exercise and working out.

Hey hey, welcome to the forum. There is a mix of people of various diets and eating habits on this site. You are not alone in the world of switching back and forth from vegetarian to vegan. There's raw foodist, fruitarians, and some of us that just consider ourselves health conscious or working towards getting there. There seems to be a growing number of Aussies on the forum which is pretty cool. Its become a very international site. Glad to have you join us.
