Hey everyone,
My name is Drew, I am 24 and have been vegan for a year now and decided I should maximize my health and fitness by joining the local gym. I've never been a very active guy but have always been rather tall and lean.
My goals are just to tone up and gain a little bit of muscle and just be overall fit. I have been researching a bit on pre/post workout nutrition and would love feedback on what everyone else is using. My gym is designed for 30 min quickie workouts and the snacks and smoothies in "Thrive" by Brendan B. seem to give you the right amount of nutrition to supply energy for the workout as well as recovering quickly.
I bought Vega One and some hemp protein (never had anything like this before), when is the best time to use this in my situation?
