Nick_Mraule Posted April 26, 2012 Share Posted April 26, 2012 Hi everyone, My name is Nicholas, I am 24 years of age been Vegan for about 6 months now and loving it. Best choice i've made. Just recently started working out at Gold's gym a little over a month ago for the first time. (actually dedicating myself to it, not for a couple weeks then stop. haha) Started out weighing 140pounds, I am now at 145. Just started using the Vega protien and must say its pretty amazing. My only goal at this point is to become a personal trainer and certified nutritionist so I can help all my fellow peoples get healthy and feel good about themselves.
