Hey All,

Been pushing some weights around for a few weeks now and is wondering if anyone else is training in Brisbane in particular the south side/city?

I know, I have been sitting in the dark just reading all the comments from everyone and thought it is about time to get amongst it. Lifting is going okay I have been just working on getting out of the machine habit and working on form which I think is now going okay.

I went and did a session with a group last week and after that I wouldn't mind having someone regular to train with.

I know what you mean.

My training partners have really helped out recently. I still train alone 4 days a week, but once a week I get together with some buddies and we have our biggest, heaviest lifting session of the week.

A whole lot of fun!

We do have a ton of members from Australia here, not all are active in the intros section, so check around various sections of the forum and see who's around.

Perhaps start a training journal here as well if you haven't already.

All the best!

-Robert
