I know what you mean.

 

My training partners have really helped out recently. I still train alone 4 days a week, but once a week I get together with some buddies and we have our biggest, heaviest lifting session of the week.

 

A whole lot of fun!

 

We do have a ton of members from Australia here, not all are active in the intros section, so check around various sections of the forum and see who's around.

 

Perhaps start a training journal here as well if you haven't already.
