Hello hello,

I'm Sammee from Texas! I've been a vegan for 3 whole months (long time, right?). I was a vegetarian all throughout high school, then college came and the dark years happened. I was reading through my old vegetarian books over Christmas weekend and decided right there to became a vegan. I cut out all animal products immediately. I began lifting heavy weights around the same time too. I love how I feel and look!

Cool! We have a nice group of members here in Austin. A few of us meet up for potlucks at Rip Esselstyn's house (which he usually has about 100 people at) and for workouts, other meet-ups, etc.
