I'm vegan for 3 years, before I was vegetarian for 6 years. Normally I train capoeira (for almost 3 years). Last year I came across Vegan Calisthen-x and they inspired me to start with calisthenic/street workout.

blog. In Poland the idea of veganism (not to mention veganism in sport) is still very unpopular. There are no books about sport and veganism or vegetarianism. I wanted to create something to promote this great idea! Veganbodybuilding website is very helpful to do this.
