What's up guys/gals?
29/m from Southwestern Ontario, Canada. Lifelong wannabe. Told my whole life that it was unhealthy though. Started educating myself. Vegetarian since mid-January. Vegan Diet for a few weeks now. Full fledged vegan still to come as I educate myself. Still shedding the image of the skinny tree-hugging pot smoker that I've always ignorantly associated with vegans. My main source of training is through CrossFit workouts 5-6 days a week, along with 2-3 runs per week of 5-10k outside of that (toned down the distances quite a bit since purchasing Vibram Five Fingers 3 weeks ago.)
Been reading the forum for a few weeks. Got turned onto you by following Jennifer Nicol on Twitter. Since followed Robert and a few others here. Really a wealth of information and first-hand knowledge that's going to be valuable going forward for me.
