I'll keep this short and sweet. Saw Forks Over Knives and read a lot of books, the best for me being Eat to Live, never looked back.
The last six months have changed (and probably saved) my life:
- Lost 17 lbs
- Resting HR from 100 to 60s
- Allergies Gone
- Insomnia Gone
- My cardio went from nonexistent to INSANE

I absolutely HATE putting a before photo out there (yuck!) but it's the only way to explain how excited and happy I am about the changes so far. I'm about 1/2 way to my goal...six months from now I want to look like Michelle Risley!! (We all need our dreams
