I recently decided to become a vegan for health reasons. I then discovered how animals are treated, the effects of meat on the body, and I was shocked.

My name is Leo and I'm 18. I've been into health and exercise since I was 14. I started caring about my body because I was really overweight. I dropped an insane amount of bodyfat (gradually of course) and I looked good and felt good.

Now I'm 5'11'' and weigh around 210 lbs. I'm not a bodybuilder I'm a bodysculpter.

I'm heavily into meditation and the occult. And veganism will keep my body pure. I do Yoga and am studying Rei-ki.

Welcome, Leo!

Heavily into the occult, eh? Looking forward to hearing what that's all about.

Hey Leo,

Welcome to the group! Thanks for saying hi and telling us a bit about you. I'd love to be 210, and I'm working on it. I hope you enjoy the forum. We have a pretty awesome group of people here.

Have a great day, we look forward to hearing more from you.

I really feel at home on this forum.
When my friends heard about my decision to become vegan they essentially said...
No more meat?!?
It's the end of the world!!
You're not going to last more than a month
...P***y
What about protein?
You NEED meat to survive
