Hi, I haven't been on a forum in a long time, but I've recently started to exercise and gain mass. Being vegan, I'm very glad I could find a forum which is about both.

I'm doing okay for now, I don't need any specific help but I'll be sure to chip in if need be.

Thanks.

Welcome!

Great to have you here. Forums tend to come and go as far as popularity, with lots of blogs, social media sites and many others. We've been hanging around for nearly 10 years, though this version of our forum is only about 7 years old.

We have a few hundred users who contribute monthly and dozens of daily users.

Thanks for joining and welcome aboard!

Well this forum seems to be very specific, being vegan and exercise oriented too. so I think it will hang around for a good time to come, well I'm hoping anyway. I like what I've seen so far.
