Hey there,

 

I live in Los Angeles, and I've been some form of vegan, vegetarian or pescatarian for more than half my life now. Right now I'm 90% vegan with the exception of egg whites, which I've been consuming to try and keep up with my protein requirements!

 

I found this site and figured if a bunch of body builders can get compete on a vegan diet, I can too! I'm very passionate about eating clean and working out and I'm always happy to meet like-minded people!

 

I look forward to getting to know you all better!

Welcome to the forum.

 

I quickly looked at your website. Based on what I seen there about what you are eating and I believe you are consuming protein powder as well, I think you can get enough protein without the egg whites. Although, to be sure, you would need to keep up with your protein intake for week or so to see exactly where you are at.
