voodie girl Posted September 6, 2012 Share Posted September 6, 2012 Hey there, I live in Los Angeles, and I've been some form of vegan, vegetarian or pescatarian for more than half my life now. Right now I'm 90% vegan with the exception of egg whites, which I've been consuming to try and keep up with my protein requirements! I found this site and figured if a bunch of body builders can get compete on a vegan diet, I can too! I'm very passionate about eating clean and working out and I'm always happy to meet like-minded people! I look forward to getting to know you all better! Based on what I seen there about what you are eating and I believe you are consuming protein powder as well, I think you can get enough protein without the egg whites.
