Kia ora Jub, welcome to the group! How has the gym been treating you so far? How often are you going?

Hey Dylan, cheers!

Went 3 times last week and once thus week so far, solid start. My PT is away sick all week (how can you predict you will be sick a week in advance?), so I have just some basic exercises to work on but should keep me busy - NO EXCUSES

No excuses! Love that motto. I think you're going to have no problem reaching your goals and then blowing by them. Keep it up,

-Dylan
