Hi Kyle, welcome to the group. Glad to see more former pro athletes joining us. Injuries can be devastating. Just ask Robert, he has completely changed his focus due to them, but it hasn't slowed him down. With hard work you can push through and continue to progress in different ways sometimes than prior to the injury, but never the less keep moving forward. Sounds like you have the motivation! Keep at it.

How much weight do you have to drop to reach 200?
