Hello all.
I haven't eaten meat or dairy since December of 2011. I haven't exercised since about 2000.
I smoke, and after 10 years of active alcoholism, I've been dry 3.5 years.
I bought a weight bench last night and put it together, and I got Bodybuilding Anatomy by Nick Evans from the college library.
I have no muscle tone, even less endurance, the lungs of an 80 year old, I'm 210 and 6'0" with probably 15-20 lbs body fat. (Edit- after pictures and measurements tonight, I am approximately 29% body fat (no calipers)- 60+ lbs of fat! how disillusioned was I?
