jlhoffman77 Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 Hey everyone, I'm looking for some help on nutrition macros to reach my goals. I'm a female, 5'4", 131 pounds. Trying to cut fat. Recently I've built some muscle following Jamie Eason's program, but I need to get back to eating less meat. I'm naturally more of a carnivore, but bought into the idea that I had to eat a ton of animal protein to make progress. The program helped me a lot, but now that I want to get back to more of a vegetarian eating plan, I have no idea how many calories or how much protein I should be eating to support my goals. All of the articles I find are confusing, and seem like they are written for men. If you have links you can provide or advice, I would appreciate it. Thanks! Posted October 31, 2012 Share Posted October 31, 2012 I would check out the journals section, many of the ladies that keep journals on this site list what they are eating as well as their workout routines.
